many messages from my friends are going into spam folder instead of inbox....

...How I can make whitelist? I've marked wanted messages as 'no spam' but it didn't help (message was shifted into inbox but next time again in spam folder). I've add these addresses into my address book but it didn't help either. what else can I do?

Since you have tried the other things and they have not helped. You can try this and see if it will help.
Go to "Options" It is above your email
Click on "Blocked Addresses"
Click on the Address you want to remove block
Click on "Remove Block"
This should remove the block and allow it to start coming into your inbox. Hope this helps!!!
