My mail is as spam?

I have problem with our email server it can not sent to some addresses: it shows for example:Hi. This is the xxxxxx mail server at xx.xxxxxxxxx.com.I encountered a problem trying to deliver your message to the following addresses.I will keep trying to deliver the message, in case this is only a temporary problem.These recipients did not receive the message:somebody@someaddress.comThis is why I was unable to deliver your message:Remote mail server at x.x.x.x replied: 450 : Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Please try again later - greylisting in effect.*******************************Thanks,

It's because your SMTP IP address is listed in some of ORDB (Open Relay DataBase) services that your client is using. You can check if your IP address is listed to their blacklist or not. Try to check your SMTP IP address for Open-Relay here:http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rblcheck.cgihttp://www.netwinsite.com/surgemail/help/orbs.htmThis will check to some ORDB server to make sure that you're IP is not listed there.Becareful! - If your SMTP server is detected by them as Open-Relay, they will also add your IP address to their databases after you submit your IP address.
