How do I complete the Anti-Spam Email Training on Kaspersky Internet Security?

I have been using Kaspersky for a few months now, and I still have a message telling me to complete my training of 50 non-spam emails. And when I click on the training wizard button, it gives me four suggestions (I'm guessing thats what they are). But it's unclear to me. I think I have an idea, (go on my email account and tell them the 50 I want to allow for future?) But, I'm not completely sure. So my questions' are:

1. Is it required that I complete this?
2. Has my computer not been fully protected from not completing this? and
3. How do I do this, or do I really need to? And if not, how do I get rid of the message?
