what is the deal with the new anti-spam software blocking my emails

sometimes, and locking my yahoo. acct.? since being in theatre in kuwait for most of the year mobilized i have yet to have this problem now with the new year and in the last 3 weeks i have started having my outgoing emails blocked from time to time and now constantly, the message says it is blocked because of spamming issues trying to stop me from spamming others, im in the USN i am not able and cannot cause this kind of trouble for others not to mention i cannot stand adds.
