I can't access e-gold a/c, as it says that my IP has open proxy or exploited. my IP

is in DNS blacklist.? I am doing online work and for that I am using e-gold a/c. But since last week I can't access my e-gold a/c as it says that I can't access my e-gold account from this IP as it may open proxy or exploited. When asking e-gold support they reply that my IP is in DNS blacklist. Now what should I do?
What it mean by DNS blacklist, open proxy and exploited IP?
I can able to use my moneyBooker and PayPal, then why not E-gold? I scaned my computer and found OK.
